Hansmann expansion shock-absorbing glue is filled between the panel and the rib during vehicle assembly to ensure that the panel and the rib will not rub, collide and cause noise and damage during the operation of the vehicle.The paste-like liquid shock-absorbing glue is applied between the ribs and the panel. During the high-temperature baking process, the shock-absorbing glue expands at high temperature, solidifies into a porous elastomer, and fully fills the space between the two plates.When the panel is hit by wind pressure or external force, the cured shock-absorbing rubber elastomer is squeezed or stretched, avoiding the direct impact of the two metal plates.

Hansman expansion shock absorber series products

 According to the expansion rate, Hansman expansion shock absorber is divided into high expansion rate shock absorber, medium expansion rate shock absorber, and low expansion rate shock absorber. According to the thickness of the panel, different expansion rate shock absorbers are selected. When it is larger, use low-expansion shock-absorbing glue, and when the panel skin is thin, use high-expansion shock-absorbing glue.
